I always knew I wanted to connect and help people in some way. My journey with alternative medicine/healing began with massage therapy in 2009 when I experienced first-hand just what a huge difference it made in my quality of life. I've dealt with anxiety and depression my entire life, and receiving bodywork was one of the few things that truly helped me through the physical and emotional pain and stress that it caused.
I HEARD THE CALLING,
put myself through massage school and graduated in January of 2010 from Sebastopol Massage School. I worked at various spas & massage centers, but it wasn't until I began my private practice in 2014 up in the North Bay Area in California that I knew being a business owner was the path I was truly meant to take. I then got trained in Reiki Levels 1 & 2 beginning in 2011, got my Reiki Master certification in 2017, and graduated Life Coaching School in 2018. I then expanded upon my skills and went on to receive Certifications in Hypnotherapy, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), NLP Coaching, and Timeline Therapy®. My business has followed me down to Los Angeles, back up to Northern California, and now- over to Tennessee.
My sessions begin with a thorough intake and a solid foundation of communication. I want every client to know that they will not just be listened to- they will be HEARD. That is my promise to you, along with the vow to always bring good vibes and do the work to make SURE that you leave my office feeling better than when you came in!
As I am results-driven, and the services I offer are accumulative- I like to work with people who want to make this work a regularly scheduled and planned part of their life. A necessity, not a luxury! Together we will devise a plan of action and commitment to reach your goals for this session and future sessions.
