In order to protect my time and livelihood, I require a valid credit card on file for all of my clients, and I charge a 50% deposit for new clients. Agreement to the cancellation policy via digital signature is required in order to book appointments; this will be included in your intake form.

Cancellation policy: I require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule with no charge. Any no-call/no-shows or cancellations/rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment time will be an 100% charge to the card on file, (or the remaining 50% balance if you are a new client). Any changes to session length also require at least 48 hours' notice. If shortened on the day of, the originally booked duration will still be charged, as I cannot offer that reserved time to another client on short notice.

If you're able to provide 72 hours or more notice, it's greatly appreciated- as it gives me a better opportunity to fill that appointment time. Please reach out via text before that 48 hour point if you need to change/reschedule your appointment.

Once you've successfully booked, you will receive a confirmation email. Please read it in its entirety as is contains ALL information for your appointment (address, parking, arrival process etc.)

Late policy:

Please text me ASAP to let me know if you are running late.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.

Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the cost of the originally booked session. Out of respect and consideration to the business and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Payment:

I accept cash, Venmo and credit card. Cash and Venmo are preferred and appreciated, due to no/low fees.

Gift Certificates:

If you are using a gift certificate, please text me at (629) 238-6509 to book. I will send you a special link for booking with a gift certificate.

Professional Boundaries:

All services provided at Pivotal Touch Healing are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature. Any inappropriate behavior, sexual remarks, advances, or requests will result in the immediate end of the session. Full payment for the scheduled service will be charged, and future bookings will be refused.

Confidentiality:

Your bodywork sessions and health history are completely confidential. I will not release this information unless I am legally subpoenaed.
