1. I require a valid credit card on file for all of my clients. You will not be charged upon booking; this is just to uphold my policies in case of a late cancellation/rescheduling (within 24 hours). You may pay however you'd like after the session (cash, venmo, credit card)!

2. If you are using a gift certificate, please email lindsey@pivotaltouchhealing.com or text (629) 238-6509 to book. I will send you a special link for booking with a gift certificate.

3. Once you've successfully booked, you will receive a confirmation email. Please read it in its entirety as is contains ALL information for your appointment (directions, parking, etc.)

I require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel OR reschedule with no charge. 48-72 hours is preferred.

Any no-shows or cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time would be an 100% charge to the card on file. Please reach out via text/email/phone call before that 24 hour point if you need to change/reschedule your appointment.

Please call/text me ASAP to let me know if you are running late.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.

Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the cost of the originally booked session. Out of respect and consideration to the business and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. And of course- if I am late in starting your session- you will receive the full time. 😊

Please limit these to 3 per session so that there is adequate time for your massage.

Venmo and cash are most preferred due to low/no fees, but I take credit card as well.

Your bodywork sessions and health history are completely confidential. I will not release this information unless I am legally subpoenaed.
