My passion is working with those who deal with anxiety and depression, and helping to facilitate and inspire awareness, connection, growth, and healing…physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually!
I specialize in deeply relaxing therapeutic bodywork that relieves stress in the neck, shoulders and back, and intuitive energy work and life coaching that helps destroy limiting beliefs, heal past traumas, and balance and restore the spirit.
With 12 years in the Holistic Wellness field, and over 1600+ hours of training in various modalities- this is my life’s work, and one of my greatest blessings. My goal as a Holistic Practitioner is helping you step into the best version of yourself that you can possibly be.
