INFO/POLICIES

​Please read this before booking your first appointment. Thank you!

  • I understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone's life. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, car problems, traffic considerations and business meetings are just a few reasons why one might consider cancelling an appointment. In my commitment to provide a unique and outstanding integrative massage experience to all of my clients and out of consideration for my time as a therapist, I have adopted the following policies:

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: You will receive an e-mail reminder both 48 & 24 hours before your appointment. In order to cancel/reschedule your appointment with NO charge, I require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Within 24 hours of appointment or no-shows- you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. These charges will be based on the full, non-discounted rate of the service scheduled. For extenuating circumstances, you may request an exception which will be granted or denied at my discretion only. Thank you!

  • Late Policy: Please call/text me ASAP to let me know if you are running late. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

  • Methods of payment: Cash or check is preferred. However, I also accept credit cards. If a check bounces, your credit card on file will be charged, plus a $25 bounced check fee. 

  • Confidentiality: Your massage sessions and health history are completely confidential. I will not release this information unless I am legally subpoenaed.
