In my commitment to provide a unique and outstanding integrative healing experience to all of my clients and out of consideration for my time, livelihood and safety as a massage therapist, I have adopted the following policies:​

• Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: You will receive an e-mail reminder 72 hours before your appointment, and a text message reminder 24 hours beforehand. In order to cancel/reschedule your appointment with NO charge, I require a minimum of 48 hours notice. For cancellations within 48 hours of appointment time or for no-call/no-shows- you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. These charges will be based on the full, non-discounted rate of the service scheduled. For extenuating circumstances, you may request an exception which will be granted or denied at my discretion only.

• Arrival Policy: I kindly ask that all of my clients routinely arrive 10-15 minutes early to their appointments, and text me upon arrival. This ensures we have enough time to complete your intake and start your session right at your scheduled appointment time.

• Late Policy: Please call/text me ASAP to let me know if you are running late. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the cost of the originally booked session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

• Methods of payment: Cash, Venmo and credit card. Cash is preferred and appreciated, due to no fees.

• Confidentiality: Your bodywork sessions and health history are completely confidential. I will not release this information unless I am legally subpoenaed.

• Professional Boundaries: Pivotal Touch Healing is a strictly therapeutic practice. We enforce an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding inappropriate conduct, harassment or sexual advances of any kind. Any such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, a charge for the full scheduled service amount to the card on file, and a permanent ban from the practice. If necessary, local law enforcement will be contacted.
